We are targetting to have all of your donations consolidated at the abovementioned drop-off points by November 29, 2008. Fellow Officer Maribeth Ang Wong has graciously volunteered to schedule the use of her truck to pick up our donations at our drop-off points during the first week of December 2008 for eventual turnover to the St. Jude Archdiocesan Shrine where our donations, together with other donations solicited by our parish office, will be sorted for distribution on December 14, 2008 (tentative date) to the indigent families of our parish community. As an alternative to our fellow Batchmates who might have given away their used clothes/toys but who would still like to support our activity, the parish office also welcomes donations of goods (i.e. rice, sardines, instant noodles, mosquito nets) which you may also course through your Batch Officers. For ease of collection/drop- off, we would greatly appreciate if you can also kindly arrange to have your donation of goods well-wrapped/ packaged. We really need your help and cooperation to make our Batch Christmas Charity event a big success. We hope you can take some time out this November to check your closets for used clothing/toys which we can share with the less fortunate. Usable clothes items/toys which we do not need may be someone else's treasure this Holiday season. For purposes of communication, please find below the contact numbers of your Batch Officers: 1.
